Return & Exchange Policy

At Loakia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must include all original accessories, tags, and protective packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hair accessories that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Items damaged during transit

If you prefer a different style or color, please request a return and place a new order.

3. Return Process

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email us at help@loakia.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Step 2 — Return Authorization

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Return instructions
  • Return address

Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number so we can process your return efficiently.

Step 3 — Ship the Item Back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please use a trackable shipping method. Loakia is not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to:

  • 7 days for us to complete the refund after receiving your returned item
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Loakia’s error.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  3. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost

Failure to report within 7 days may limit our ability to assist.

Only items with an approved RA number will be accepted.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not begun processing. Once processing starts, we cannot cancel the order.
