These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments, charges, taxes, and billing processes are handled when you make a purchase from Loakia. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Submitting unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or denied future orders. Loakia reserves the right to provide proof of transactions to payment processors in disputed cases.
9. Refunds

Once approved, refunds may take up to 7 days to process back to your original payment method.
